What is a one-way interview
One-way interviews are on the rise. There is no need to hesitate if you are unfamiliar with this interview style because you can have an unfair advantage if you are scheduled for a one-way interview. One-way interviews allow you to record your responses to a specific list of questions determined by the hiring manager. In this virtual interview, you can have your notes, prepare your responses while checking your notes prior to hitting the record button.
Preparing your responses using the STAR method will give you an unfair advantage over all applicants because the hiring manager really wants to determine how you communicate and if you would be a good fit for their corporate culture within a specific role.
